All our classes take place on-site at schools. To attend these classes your child must be a student registered at the school.
Our classes combine individual and group poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities and creative relaxation techniques to promote strength, resiliency, awareness, self regulation and positivity. We keep our classes fun, engaging and age appropriate by weaving in games, stories, music and props. We teach classes during and after the school day in daycares, preschools and elementary schools.
