Class Description
This fun and empowering class is designed just for teens who want to build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning simple tools to manage stress. Each week we’ll move through energizing yoga sequences set to upbeat music, practice calming breathwork, and explore short mindfulness techniques you can use before tests, sports, or anytime life feels overwhelming.
No yoga experience is needed, come as you are! You’ll leave each class feeling more grounded, focused, and connected with yourself and others.
