School Based Classes

Our kids yoga and mindfulness classes are designed to nurture kids’s physical, emotional, and social well-being. We combine individual and group poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and creative relaxation techniques to promote strength, resilience, self-awareness, self-regulation, and positivity.

Classes are offered both during and after the school day in daycares, preschools, and elementary schools. Through playful yet purposeful activities, we empower kids to connect with themselves and others in meaningful ways – laying the foundation for a lifetime of well-being.
Schools love our classes for the culture of inclusion and positivity they create, fostering a calm and focused learning environment. Parents love our classes for the self-regulation and mindfulness skills their kids bring home – helping them manage emotions, reduce stress, and build confidence in everyday life. And kids? They love our classes because they’re fun!

Due to small class sizes, classes often fill quickly and we highly recommend registering early.

Refund policy: A refund will be given up until 24 hours before the first class. After the first day of class no refunds will be issued. We are unable to prorate for late registration, missed classes or unforeseen school closures due to inclement weather.
